Summer is a fun time to be in Barbados, lots of beach activities, tours, cruise and fetes especially our very own Crop Over festival and Grand Kadooment! Take a look at a few of our favourite activities below:

CATAMARAN CRUISES

Take a trip along the coast of Barbados on one of the many Catamaran cruises.  Some of which offer unlimited drinks, breakfast and lunch depending on the length of the cruise.  At various stops there are opportunities to swim with the fish and turtles and just have a day filled with fun and frolic.

SNORKELING

For the adventurous types who wants to explore Barbados from another perspective, there is underwater snorkeling.  From this stand point the island can be seen through the eyes of the hawksbill and leatherback turtles as you swim along and get up close with them in their habitat.

ISLAND SAFARI

These exciting island tours takes you to some of the wonderful places around the island that only the specially designed 4×4 vehicles can reach.  The well informed tour guides keep you informed on Barbados’ history and culture all throughout the tours.

SURFING

The island’s location makes it a perfect spot for surfing.  Being a coral island with reefs all around the coastline, this provides for unlimited surfing all over the island.

GRAND KADOOMENT

Grand Kadooment is the culmination of The Crop Over Festival Season.  This grand finale is usually held on the first Monday in the month of August.  Masquerade bands dance through the streets where they are judged at different intervals.  It is a day filled with color, fun and merriment for all.
