Drivers must be over 25 and under 75 years old. Each driver must have held a valid driving licence for at least two years.  A local driving permit is necessary and is issued by our representative at a cost of $5 US each. These permits enable the holder to drive in Barbados for 6 months.

Persons desiring to drive the vehicle must be authorized by the company and recorded on the rental agreement. The qualification requirements of an additional driver are the same as those for the renter. There is a daily fee for additional authorized drivers. If the renter allows the vehicle to be driven by an unauthorized person, then all protections or insurance provided under the agreement are void. The vehicle may also be repossessed if seen driven by unauthorized persons.

All vehicles are air-conditioned and use an automatic transmission.

Child seats and booster seats are available for hire on request.

We deliver rental vehicles to hotels and the airport. Delivery to most hotels is free between 9am and 5pm. After-hours delivery may be arranged. Renters may return the vehicle to our office or have it picked up from their hotel.

Extra charges will be applied if the vehicle is returned late. The grace period for the return of the rental is 2 hours and a charge of $12.50 US for every hour after will be applied.  If you wish to extend your rental, please give us 12 hours’ advanced notice.  Roadside assistance is available in case of emergency, we have placed a number in all vehicles as to whom you may call for assistance.

All prices shown or quoted on this website are in US dollars. “Price from” reflects the lowest discounted price available for the vehicle based on the length of rental.

Payment is made at the time of delivery. Payment options are Barbados/US dollars BBD / USD—all debit and visa cards. The use of a credit card will incur an extra $2.50 US fee.

With the rental rate, clients are comprehensively insured except for a deductible of $1,500 US in case of loss, accident, or damage to the vehicles – regardless of fault. An excess waiver is offered to cover this deductible at a cost of $50 US per week or $10 US per day.

A security deposit of $25 US for petrol if not returned with the same in the vehicle.
A security deposit of $17.50 US for cleaning if not returned in acceptable condition.
These monies will only be refunded if the rental is returned in the same condition as when it was received.
